Three weeks prior to the SEA Games, sports contingents will have to report their situation to the host country. Each sports contingent will have to appoint a Covid-19 Liaison officer in charge of coordinating with the organizers in the area of health and COVID-19 epidemic prevention.
During the 31st SEA Games, if an athlete is infected, he/she will be quarantined at a designated hotel or medical facility. Fortunately, the competitions will continue to be held as normal.
