Introduction: Tran Hieu Ngan was born on 26 January 06, 1974 in the city of Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen, the 4th child in a family of 8 brothers and sisters, the family's main occupation as baker. Father Tran Hieu Ngan's capital disciples of Shaolin martial should be oriented to children studying in order to protect the health and self-defense. When the room's Sport Taekwondo class town first opened in 1987, he had to learn to Hieu Ngan. Start here, with Taekwondo's path to Hieu Ngan wide open, with many achievements in competitions at home and abroad culminating in a silver medal at the Sydney Olympics, Australia in 2000. After successfully bringing about the only medal for Vietnam athletes at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, Hieu Ngan decided to leave the ring, becoming treasurer of martial arts training center of Ho Chi Minh City for a role youth team coach of Ho Chi Minh city.
